We are very much looking forward to celebrating our special day together with all of you. On this site, we have collected all information you need to know. Whether you are able to attend the whole weekend or just the day of the wedding, we will be honored to have you there. Please RSVP by pressing the button below latest by May 1st. PROGRAMME
Pool mingLE
AUG 22, FROM 18:00
With those who have the opportunity to join, we look forward to kicking off the wedding weekend at Villa Lovik, Lidingö on Friday August 22nd. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the pool, where food and drinks will be available at your own cost (food is pre-ordered when filling in the RSVP form). Towels are available, but please bring your own swimwear if you want to jump into the pool.
Wedding Ceremony
AuG 23, 15:00
The wedding ceremony will be held at the boat house at Elfviks Herrgård, Lidingö located in the bay.
Wedding toast & mingle
AUG 23, ~16:00
Following the ceremony, we will toast the bride and groom, and mingle at the courtyard of Elfviks Herrgård. Light refreshments and good company will be available.
Dinner & party
AUG 23, ~17:30
The dinner and following party will be located at Elfvifs Herrgård. By 02.00, when doors close, we look forward to seeing tired legs and sore feet from dancing!
Information
Accommodation
For those interested in staying over for the weekend or just one night, we have reserved hotel rooms at Villa Lovik. Prices start at 1 495 kr per double room and night, and 1 295 kr per single room and night (breakfast included). Please let us know when completing the RSVP form, where payment information also will be available, if you wish to stay over at Villa Lovik. You are, of course, welcome to choose an alternative place for accommodation.
Transportation
There are several ways of getting to Villa Lovik (Loviksvägen 1) or Elfviks Herrgård (Elfviksvägen 152) on Lidingö:
- By car: Plenty of free parking is available both at Villa Lovik and at Elfviks Herrgård.
- By public transport: You will first travel by underground to Ropsten (easiest by taking the red underground line 13). Once there, you will catch bus 204 and jump off at Lovik bus stop (to get to Villa Lovik) or the last stop, Elfvik (to get to Elfviks Herrgård). The last bus back to Ropsten leaves around 11.30 pm (subject to changes in bus schedules during Summer 2025).
- By Uber/taxi: Ubers or taxis should be available at all hours from Villa Lovik and Elfviks Herrgård. However, pre-booking is recommended.
TOASTMASTERS
We are happy to present our toastmaster Simon and toastmadame Irene. This power duo will ensure that we will have an unforgettable night together. If you would like to give a speech, sing a song or host a spinning class, please send an email to toast@stephens.se latest by June 30.
Dress code
We kindly ask that guests dress according to the Swedish dress code Mörk Kostym during the wedding day.
During Friday’s event, we leave it open for your own creativity, but dress for a relaxing evening by the pool and do not forget your swimwear if you want to make use of the spa or the pool.
Children
We love children, but we wish to celebrate our wedding day (Saturday) together with our grown-up friends. However, on Friday, we welcome all friends, both grown-ups and children.
Wedding gift
The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to donate a gift, we will gratefully accept a contribution towards our honeymoon.
