We are very much looking forward to celebrate our special day together with all of you. On this site, we have collected all important (and some not-so-important) information you need to know. Whether you’re able to attend the whole weekend or just the day of the wedding, we will be honored to have you there. Let the countdown begin!
Program
Pool Party

With those who have the opportunity to join, we look forward to kicking off the wedding weekend at Villa Lovik. Bring your pool outfit and join us for a relaxing evening by the pool. Food (needs pre-ordering) and drinks will be available at own cost.
Ceremony
AUG 23 15:00
The wedding ceremony will be held at Elfviks Herrgård in the boat house in the bay. We look forward to sharing this special moment with you.
Mingle
Aug 23 16:00
Join us for the wedding mingle on the courtyard of Elfviks Herrgård. Enjoy light refreshments and connect with fellow guests after the ceremony.
Dinner & Party
Aug 24 18:00
The dinner and following party will be located at Elfvifs Herrgård. By 02.00, when doors close, we look forward to seeing tired legs and sore feet from dancing.
Information
ACCOMMODATION
For those interested in staying over for the weekend or just one night, we have reserved hotel rooms at Villa Lovik (located 5 minutes walking from Elfviks Herrgård). Prices start at 1 500 SEK per double room and night and 1 100 SEK per single room and night (breakfast included). Please let us know if you would want to stay over when filling in the RSVP form, where payment information also will be available. You are of course welcome to pick any alternative places for accommodation.
TRANSPORTATION
There are several ways of getting to Villa Lovik or Elfviks Herrgård:
- By car: Plenty of free parking is available both at Villa Lovik and Elfviks Herrgård.
- By public transport: You will first get yourself to Ropsten. Once there, you will catch bus 204 and jump off at Lovik bus stop (to get to Villa Lovik) or the last stop Elfvik (to get to Elfviks Herrgård). The latest bus back to Ropsten leaves around 11.30pm (subject to changes in bus schedules during summer 2025).
- By Uber/taxi: Taxis and Ubers should be available at all hours from Villa Lovik and Elfviks Herrgård, however pre-booking is recommended.
If there is interest, we will organize with a private coach to the city centre for those of you that are not staying over but still want to close the dancefloor at 2.00am. Please let us know in the RSVP form.
TOASTMASTERS
We are happy to present our suberb toastmaster Simon and toastmadame Irene. This power duo will ensure that we will have an unforgettable night together. If you would like to give a speech, sing a song or host a spinning class during the dinner, please send an email to toast@stephens.se (latest July 23).
Dresscode
We kindly ask that guests dress in Kavaj (suit in colour of choice) during the wedding day.
CHILDREN
We love children, but we would love to celebrate our wedding day (Saturday) together with our grown-up friends. On Friday, we, however, welcome our younger friends as well.
GIFTS
The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a small contribution towards our honeymoon.
